The Cook Islands Financial Services Development Authority (Cook Islands Finance) attended the 14th Annual STEP Miami Summit, held at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, from Wednesday 22 to Thursday 23 October 2025.
Cook Islands Finance was represented by Marketing Coordinator Aimata Pittman and trust company delegates from the jurisdiction: Jenner Davis of Cook Islands Trust Limited and Marlee Martiz-Lee of Asiaciti Trust Limited. The team engaged with international trust, estate-planning and fiduciary professionals at the exhibition booth, where the Cook Islands’ team and materials provided a comprehensive overview of the jurisdiction, its products, and the range of financial services it offers.
This mission extends the Cook Islands’ strategic outreach into the U.S. market, following a similar delegation to the STEP New York and Outbound US conferences earlier this year. More than 80% of Cook Islands trust clients are U.S. based, underscoring the importance of this market. The event provides an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships and build new connections with key industry professionals, an important step in promoting the Cook Islands as a trusted partner for international business and fostering future growth opportunities for the jurisdiction’s financial services sector.
