In a groundbreaking partnership, LexisNexis, a global leader in legal publishing, and the Cook Islands Government recently announced the launch of a website designed to simplify access to the laws of the Cook Islands.
The website https://cookislandslaws.gov.ck, developed in collaboration with the Cook Islands Parliamentary Services and involving a major consolidation of laws project, marks a significant advancement in accessibility to the law and improving access to justice.
The enhanced access to up-to-date legal information is a significant boon for the offshore trust industry in the Cook Islands. Trustees, legal advisors, and clients will benefit from the ability to easily navigate and reference the comprehensive legal framework that governs offshore trusts.
